Nathalie is a Senior Lecturer in Academic and Digital Development in the University of Glasgow. Her background is Erziehungswissenschaften (Sciences of Education) and her work focusses on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning as well as Creative Learning and Teaching. She is leading master's level courses (Creative Pedagogies for Active Learning and Developing Educational Inquiries) and the MEd Academic Practice dissertation year.
While an academic by day and Nathalie is a poet by night. During the day she wrestles with all things teaching and researching teaching, by night she dances with ghosts and echoes of things past. Her current mission is to merge these two worlds, create chimeras of genre and spit into the spinning eye of expectation.

Dr Matthew Barr
Matt is Head of Education & Practice at the University of Glasgow’s School of Computing Science, and Programme Director for the Graduate Apprenticeship in Software Engineering. He is Director of Education for SICSA (the Scottish Informatics & Computer Science Alliance) in 2021 and co-director of the University of Glasgow's Games & Gaming Lab. Matt is also the director of the Ada Scotland Festival, which aims to improve gender balance in Computing Science education. He serves on a number of national education-related committees, including the Scottish Apprenticeship Approvals Group and the Scottish Government’s Digital Economy Skills Group. Matt’s first book, Graduate Skills and Game-Based Learning, was published with Palgrave in 2019. An edited collection, Approaches to Work-Based Learning in Higher Education, is due to be published with Routledge in 2024.

Dr Vicki Dale (She/her) MSc, MEd, PhD, CMALT, SFHEA
Dr Vicki Dale is a Senior Academic and Digital Development Adviser (Senior Lecturer) at the University of Glasgow, where she leads masters level courses on student supervision and critical evaluation of educational literature, and co-teaches courses on technology enhanced learning, and creative pedagogies. She is a member of the Active Learning Network committee, co-leading the University of Glasgow satellite group, and a member of the organising committee of ALT (Association for Learning Technology) Scotland group. Mark Charters (He/Him), MEd, SFHEA
Mark is Head of Learning, Teaching and Enhancement at the Glasgow School of Art (GSA) working strategically across the institution to lead and shape educational enhancement and high quality learning experience for students. Mark has significant experience in academic quality, enhancement, student partnership, and academic and educational development having worked at institutional and sector level on a range of projects and change agendas. Mark has a Masters of Education from the University of Glasgow, is a Reader in Learning and Teaching at the GSA and is a Senior Fellow of AdvanceHE. His research and scholarship interests include Learning and Teaching, Leadership of Learning and Teaching, and Student Engagement and Partnership.
